RI Weekend Weather Wrap – Sat/Sun, Nov. 21/22, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 11/21/20:
Another nice day to start the weekend as high pressure stays in place over the region, warmer than normal temps with some afternoon cloud cover and a light breeze. Morning and evening lows in the mid 40’s bookending an afternoon high around 60.
Sunday 11/22/20:

We’ll see an increase in cloud cover well ahead of a developing frontal system, and eventually some light rain beginning around midnight. A morning low in the mid 30’s will greet early risers, and temps will only rise to the mid 40’s in the afternoon, largely resulting from the lack of bright sun under increased cloud cover combined with a light northeasterly breeze.
