RI Weather Today, Wednesday, June 3, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A cold front moves in from the west and northwest driving humidity ahead of it out to sea, but not before triggering some showers and rain mainly along the coast and southern waters. Some pockets of showers may stream by during the afternoon and evening inland, but they will be widely scattered and inconsistent. We’ll have morning lows in the upper 50’s warming to the mid and upper 70’s in the afternoon before the front squeegies away this air.
