RI Weather Today, Wednesday 3/4/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A cold front poised to cruise through the area during the day will leave behind a tight pressure gradient, which for us will mean lots of westerly winds, gusting to 30 mph and beyond in places! Lots of sun though, and warm afternoon temperatures to take some of the bite out of the wind, afternoon highs in the mid 50’s up from morning lows in the low to mid 40’s.
