RI Weather Today, Wednesday 3/11/20
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Overnight showers end before sunrise and then we’ll see some early daylight before cloud cover generated by a weak upper level disturbance rolls on in from mid-morning to late afternoon. No rain, just high stratus to bottle in whatever heating we get, which will be limited given the high pressure to our north pushing in slightly cooler air than we’ve gotten used to over the last couple of days. We’ll have an early low in the low 40’s and an afternoon high in the upper 50’s and maybe 60 to keep the above normal temperature regime going.
