RI Weather Today, Wednesday 1/15/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Morning mist and low cloud cover lift and thin as the morning progresses, morning low temps in the upper 30’s warming to the “toasty” upper 40’s during the afternoon. Northwesterly breezes and drier air work in on high pressure in between low pressure systems, keeping the day’s weather rather uneventful, which is nice.
