RI Weather Today – Tues, Oct. 27, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure tries to move in from the northwest, and will help dry out the lower levels. Mid and high level cloud cover will move in ahead of a frontal system developing over the central Appalachians, some sun breaking through from time to time in the afternoon. Any lingering morning mist should burn off just after sunrise, with temps rising only to the mid and upper 50’s, and we’ll have an evening low temp in the upper 40’s.
