RI Weather Today – Tues, June 23, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
After some more coastal fog burns off mid morning, dewpoints rise and push towards the 70 mark, which would be getting to that oppressive zone, but not quite yet. Morning low in the mid 60’s and afternoon highs rise to the low to mid 80’s with mostly clear skies and southerly breezes gusting a bit into the 20-25 mph range. No threat of precip anywhere with dry air aloft to kill any daytime convection.
