RI Weather Today, Monday 3/16/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure to the north will eventually slip east and allow light winds to shift around to southeasterly, with the resulting increase in elevated moisture leading to increasing cloud cover later in the day. Cooler air will have settled in, morning lows in the mid 20’s warming only to the low 40’s if we’re lucky. No rain yet with the cold front that will move through central and eastern Canada or the low pressure center that will develop off the mid-Atlantic late.
That’s tomorrow’s news.
