RI Weather Today, Monday 2/17/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure to the north keeps conditions mostly clear and sunny with slightly higher than normal temperatures in the afternoon up from just above freezing morning lows. Light breezes may bring the wind chills down a bit, but not in a devastating way.
