RI Weather Today – Mon, Jan. 25, 2021

High pressure builds in closer to our area as the stubborn low pressure area over the Canadian Maritimes moves further out to sea, so we should get less wind and slightly warmer temperatures, afternoon high in the upper 30’s from morning lows in the upper teens. The breeze, although less intense, will drop wind chills down to the single digits in the morning followed by upper 20’s in the afternoon.Some cloud cover later in the afternoon/evening well ahead of the developing low pressure system over the central US.
