RI Weather Today, June 15, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Pleasant pattern continues into the work week with more dry conditions and fair weather cloud development.
A weak trough of low pressure tries to creep in from the southwest, and the northeasterly breezes help by high pressure to our north will feed the trough and kick up just a bit more in the way of cloud cover overnight that will be breaking up during the day. Morning lows will get down to the low 50’s and afternoon highs attain the low 70’s with a fair northeasterly breeze and some gusts in the afternoon.
