RI Weather Today – July 31, 2020

A frontal boundary stalls out offshore and provides ample cloud cover and the chance for light rain to creep up and affect us from midday onward into early evening. Morning lows in the low 70’s rise only to the low 80’s with a light southerly breeze, so the heat wave.
