RI Weather Today, July 1, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Another day, another round of showers and thunderstorms. Computer models are indicating a bit more instability, so there’s a better chance of seeing some more intensity in the convective activity. It could get loud. Morning lows again in the mid 60’s and afternoon highs in the mid 70’s with a light southerly wind. Precip should start just before noon and last until early evening, best chance for thunderstorms 2-4pm.
