RI Weather Today – Jan. 20, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A bit more of the same, generally cloudy conditions with a chance for some afternoon lake-enhanced snow flurries from the Great Lakes riding strong mid and upper level jetstream winds. No serious threat, other than some slick surfaces and roadways for the afternoon commute. Northwesterly breezes through afternoon highs in the upper 30’s followed by evening lows in the upper 20’s.
