RI Weather Today – Fri, Jan. 8, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure will remain in control in a squeeze play of sorts as two low pressure systems flank the region well to the southwest and northeast. We benefit with mostly clear skies and some more slightly warmer than normal temperatures in the afternoon, high in the low 40’s expected from morning lows in the upper 20’s, and a light northwesterly breeze.
