Rhode Island Weekend Weather for March 23/24, 2024 – John Donnelly

Saturday 3/23/24:
Low pressure sweeps in and carries with it an all day rain event, some of it heavy during the afternoon, wth gusts towards 40 mph out of the southeast.Temps start with a low in the mid 30’s and climb to the wet low 50’s for afternoon highs. Rain starting around 8am and carrying on through til midnight.
It’s a “D” day!
Sunday 3/24/24:

Rain ends early, and high pressure tries to take control in the low levels, that is, but still some upper level cloud cover sticks around through most of the day, maybe some breaks in the afternoon. Morning lows in the upper 20’s warming only to the upper 30’s in the afternoon with northerly winds gusting to 30 mph. Biting wind chill.
It’s a “C” day!
