Rhode Island Weather for September 25, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
Ophelia remnants continue to plague the area with periods of light to moderate rain through the day. Temps on the cool side to put it mildly, highs reaching only 60 with an evening low in the mid 50’s and a northeasterly breeze chilling the air even further.
It’s a “D” day!
