Rhode Island Weather for September 24, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
What’s left of Tropical Storm Ophelia will be over the northeastern US and we can expect some off and on rain during the afternoon with some steadier rain likely by the evening. Lows in the upper 50’s and highs in the upper 60’s with a light northeasterly breeze.
It’s a “C” day!
