Rhode Island Weather for September 15, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure remains in control of the surface weather, but high cloud cover spills over from Hurricane Lee, who will approach from the south and track to our east, settling in the Gulf of Maine by Saturday. Main impact here will be some northeasterly winds gusting to 30 mph. Highs will stay down in the upper 60’s from morning lows in the upper 50’s.
It’s a “B” day!
