Rhode Island Weather for February 8, 2024 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure finally overtakes the weakening low center out over the the Atlantic, allows for thinning of the persistent cloud cover with lots of sun expected and temperatures due to reach the mid 40’s with a nearly calm and variable breeze. Below freezing lows in the morning with dew points less than 5 degrees of the air temp, so you’ll be scraping windshields just after sunrise.
It’s an “A-” day!
