Rhode Island Weather for Feb. 23, 2025 – Jack Donnelly
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure maintains a tenuous hold on our lower atmosphere situation, while a weak upper disturbance keeps us under partly cloudy skies through the day. Still warmer, which is a good trend, afternoon highs climbing into the low 40’s from morning lows in the upper 20’s with a slightly gusty west-northwesterly breeze.
It’s a “B” day!
