Networking Pick of the Week: RI Small Business Development Center
Kick off the New Year with Workforce Solutions & Networking! Join them for an informational Third Thursday SBDC coffee hour that Polaris MEP is taking over! The event will be held on Thursday, January 16th from 8:30am to 9:30am at RI Commerce, 315 Iron Horse Way, Providence and is targeted to Small Business Owners.
Featuring Yashwant Meghare, Business Counselor at the RI Small Business Development Center (RISBDC), Polaris MEP, and SCORE RI representatives, there will be a discussion about what resources exist for RI Small Businesses.
January is mentorship month, so what better time to learn about mentor and mentee-ship opportunities!
Attendees will learn about the no-charge/low-cost business services available to help them launch, pivot or scale. Discover how SBDC, Polaris MEP, and SCORE RI help entrepreneurs define and achieve their vision.
There will be “delicious #MadeInRI coffee and pastries”, according to organizers. There will also be time to network, discuss trends and share priorities. The event is free of charge.
