Mental Health Month: ZOOM in for Mindfulness Meditation virtual workshop
The Mental Health Association of Rhode Island recognizes all of May as Mental Health Awareness Month. Offering programs throughout the state, the MHARI had its kickoff last week at the Rhode Island State House.
In partnership with the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, the MHARI will host a ZOOM virtual workshop on Wednesday, May 15th from 12:15 – 1pm. The event is open for a donation of any amount. When made through the link, the ZOOM link is provided.
About the workshop
The 45 minute workshop, on ZOOM, is an interactive online workshop where you’ll learn practical mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve focus. The experienced instructor will guide you through various exercises to help you cultivate a calm and balanced mind. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is perfect for anyone seeking inner peace and clarity. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your mental health!
