“Livlie Experiment” TODAY – Roger Williams National Memorial, downtown Providence

Are you looking for some exciting summer activities in downtown Providence? Come join the Science group at the Roger Williams National Memorial, located at 282 North Main Street, on August 12, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

You’ll learn about birds, trees, physics, and plants from amazing organizations like the National Park Service, Providence Parks Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership, US Fish & Wildlife Service, Audubon Society of Rhode Island, and Roger Williams Park Zoo.

You’ll also listen to captivating stories about nature and friendship from The Two Guys Project and the Rhode Island Black Storytellers. Face painting will be available – to look like your favorite animal and celebrate wildlife!

These activities are primarily geared towards young people, but everyone is welcome to join in on the fun – and the best part, it’s completely free! We hope to see you there!

If you can’t make it TODAY, mark your calendar for Saturday, September 9th, 1 to 3pm – the last of the season.
