YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH
WHAT a great line from a GOOD movie. We received “A FEW GOOD MEN” when Tom Cruise was in his prime and before we realized he subscribed to that religion called “SCIENTOLOGY” (first course is around $500). You work your way to, and pay cash money to finally get to “OPERATING THETAN LEVEL 8” which is also known as “THE TRUTH REVEALED”. The highest AUDITING level /course in Scientology, etc… etc… etc… yes. I know. Just, huh? He’s cray. Anyhow, that film really reflects people EVERYWHERE.
What do you mean, Jen? Ok, MICRO EXAMPLE: I asked the kid at my local ice cream joint for a pint of WASHINGTON BRIDGE ice cream… I said, “HEY, could you pack that sucker for me? It was pretty skimpy last time”. AND IT WAS! They literally put three small scoops of ice cream in a pint container and charged me $10 bucks so I wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. No harm no foul…. BUT! you would have thought I just shot his DOG. He was fresh, and sneered, and made a comment, and then made me wait forever for it. It’s still in my freezer. I’m afraid to eat it. I really am.
MACRO EXAMPLE: ANYTHING POLITICAL. HECK WE ALL KNOW BIDEN isn’t calling the shots. C’mon. SUSAN RICE, VALERIE JARRETT and OBAMA ARE. For some reason, though you say that, or the election was stolen, and people’s hair burst into flames. They’ve really done a bang-up job getting us all into our little tribes and angry. We used to be able to tolerate other people’s opinions. My question is – why we are letting them? We really ARE either lazy or stupid. Just my 3 cents.

Do people not know by now that psychics were called “Spiritualists” back in the day and those people were frauds who were predatory? Harry Houdini spent the latter part of his life exposing them. He “even lobbied Congress to ban fortune telling in D.C”… just sayin’, people.

EXHIBIT B.) “Stormy Daniels wore a bullet proof vest to get to court over fears of what “some nut might do to her”. (A VEST? SHE LITERALLY CALLS HER BOOBS “THUNDER AND LIGHTNING”)
EXHIBIT C.) “Pro Palestine HARVARD PROTESTERS announce they’re ending campus protests because their demands were ignored – and have now insisted the college reinstate them”. (YOU MADE YOUR TENT, NOW LAY IN IT)

NEVER ASK “HOW ARE YOU DOING”
Mostly, THIS is a “formality question”. Unless you’re with your ride or die or therapist, NOBODY CARES that your earlobes hurt, or you have a pain in your second toe, or that your AUNT GLADYS slept over and now “your entire house smells like “JEAN NATE”. I mean, let’s circle back to the first part of this column today. People can’t handle the truth. “HOW ARE YOU DOING” is a fake question!! When someone asks the question it’s a brief “I’M FINE, JOE” kind of answer. Drop a comment in the box below and let me know if you agree! HAHAHAHA… I’M LOL, BUT IT’S TRUE!

Spot on and well put, Jen. On all counts. I look around today and the things I see make me realize what my parents and grandparents were talking about when I was growing up.
This all started a very long time ago when you weren’t allowed to paddle their butt. When they started handing out attendance trophies or participation prizes. That’s when these kids got soft. We are enabling bad behavior in our children in our adults.
They are sadly enough, enabling the homeless population to demand we take care of them. I’m not saying some people are homeless but there’s a lot of them that just don’t follow the rules. They want to do their drugs and expect us to foot the bill.
I believe there were some legitimate homeless people for example people with mental disabilities and a hell of a lot. Let me change that too many veterans are homeless. These are the people we need to take care of. TAKE CARE OF! All the rest should go to jail remember the vagrancy laws obviously they worked and when we stopped arresting people for loitering that’s when all this happened
We need to wake up man up, be responsible for our own actions. Suck it up go to work do your job.

It will be interesting to see what the big cheese at Harvard does. It sounded on the news last night as if the students will be reinstated. The news person talked with some professor who said something like: next year the kids will have seen what happened to the protesters this year and do whatever they want. If kids are allowed to scream and No reprisal then kids will scream louder and louder. We are going down the drain.
