THEY MIGHT “SUICIDE” DIDDY

Does anyone REALLY THINK DIDDY is gonna come out of this mess alive? I haven’t talked to anyone who believes this. When headlines read “DIDDY IS WORSE THAN EPSTEIN” the chances look pretty grim he lives and goes to trial. If you are unaware, Sean “DIDDY” Combs was recently arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Think of all the folks in HOLLYWOOD who would be called to testify. Think of the magnitude of this case. People cheating on spouses during the videotaped “FREAK OFFS”, people exposed as GAY who were terrified to come out of the closet, people who are on VIDEO doing things that make SODOM AND GOMORRAH look tame… politicians, athletes and pastors exposed… TYCOONS, actors, pop stars… it’s wild!

The veil will be pulled back on the rich and powerful who hob knobbed with DIDDY, a known sexual deviant and sex trafficker among other things. Gang, this is bad. Trust me when I tell you MANY PEOPLE are not getting any sleep these days for fear of what’s to come. As for the raid on Diddy’s Miami mansion, the GOVT now has all of Diddy’s video tapes. Yes, DIDDY videotaped men and women and minors in the midst of absolute debauchery. Can you imagine who’s on those tapes doing really dark and crazy things? So, let’s circle back to my original question… DOES ANYONE REALLY THINK DIDDY IS GONNA COME OUT OF THIS MESS ALIVE?

THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WOMAN = PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING

Here we are in Sept. of 2024 talking about all kinds of things that poison us from food to household goods, medications, vaccinations, and even some of the fabrics we wear on our bodies. What makes this conversation REALLY interesting is that we were warned about this in 1981.  I absolutely love the film “THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WOMAN” with Lily Tomlin and Charles Grodin. I still have the VHS tape I bought of this movie over 20 years ago at BLOCKBUSTER and although this film is 43 years old it is trying to send a message.

In the film, Tomlin (PAT KRAMER) plays a suburban housewife who is exposed to TOXIC chemicals daily in her life due to the various products she uses and picks up at the grocery store. On top of that her husband, an ad executive, accidentally exposes her to an experimental perfume a BIG COMPANY is working on, and she begins to shrink. Now don’t get your panties in a bunch, I’m not saying we are all going to become teeny tiny people shrinking from exposure to AJAX or Mr. Clean, but I am saying someone knew that much of the stuff in our shopping carts that we use and consume is really, really BAD for us, and made that the plot of this film.

Usually at this time of year I grab a box of “BOO BERRY” and gobble it up at home and delight as the milk turns BLUE… but with all the info and stories I’ve read about processed food killing Americans as well as the food dyes in so much of what we eat causing cancer, I’m super aware and paranoid now every time I eat candy, meats, chips, sugary cereal… etc. I’ve really started to be aware of how GOD AWFUL my diet has become and what the food industry is doing to AMERICANS.  I mean even when I think I’m eating healthy now, I SEE “this product made with “APEEL”. and just like that I’m transformed into Tom BRADY tossing everything into the trash can with wondrous precision. Ya, no thanks BILL- all set with your “population control”. Hey, he’s the one who has said over and over we need to reduce the population… I’m not the nut here…

ANYHOW, short story long because I’m long winded, PAY ATTENTION to labels. ANYONE reading this over 50 is in what I like to call “PRESERVATION MODE”.  We really need to be better at taking care of these old rickety bodies we got. Don’t get me wrong folks, I still partake in EGGNOG and gummy worms, but I always do a cleanse the next day and I sure drink enough water (filtered) to fill back up the PANAMA CANAL. Ya, maybe it is extreme, but I should be dead… and I’m not. Hell If DOUBLE STUFF OREOS are gonna take me out! READ LABELS!

HOW many people claim DEI is necessary saying “IT shows consumers and employees that companies are not afraid to give opportunities to ALL PEOPLE”… unless we are talking about Caitlin Clark and the WNBA 

That there were actually whispers saying Meghan Markle wanted to run for PRESIDENT earlier this year… WTH?

That the mainstream media really tried to make a scandal out of RFK Jr.’s TEXTS to women OTHER than his wife. THEY ARE KENNEDYS. THIS is what they do.

KATHY BATES AS “MATLOCK”

I don’t usually talk about the stuff I consume or give it a lot of props because well, not everyone may feel the same and you may totally be turned off by a 75-year-old in a leading role in PRIME TIME TV. With that said, MATLOCK on CBS on SUNDAY night at 8pm was so phenomenal. I search and search for shows that are well written, funny, snarky, and just too good not to spend time on. The one show that REALLY fits the bill is “ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING”. Literally, laugh out loud stuff and I appreciate older folks being a part of the shenanigans that ensue. MATLOCK has that “VIBE” (the word of the month right now) with a twist which is well played. I really appreciated a few lines the awesome KATHY BATES delivers in character when talking about an aging woman. At the opening of the show her character says to folks she’s scamming to get her needs met “I guess that’s the thing…lots of times in life we become exactly who people expect us to be” and I thought “isn’t THAT the truth”.

Many of us want to be liked, or accepted, or enough, or whatever so that we fit. I’m not sure but I think I did that ALOT before I got sober. Nowadays, I want to blend out, not in. Blending in means I’m conforming to this world. No thanks – God has taught me not to conform to this world but rather “be transformed by the renewal of my mind”. I really do get playing roles to get needs met, but who wins in the end? Not you, unless you’re MATLOCK… she’s gonna make folks pay so she plays their game. It’s masterful… but that’s not real life, it’s a prime-time fake detective show. Do you want dignity, power, value and self-respect? Don’t play the world’s game. Short term you might lose, but in the long run you’ll win. Trust me, you’ll thank me down the line. There will only ever be one YOU – BE REAL and make it THE BEST YOU not what others need you to be.

P.S. YOU ARE ENOUGH.
