In the Arena – with Dr. Angelica Infante-Green
Each week Joe Paolino, Jr. interviews people of interest on his program, “In The Arena”. The show airs at 7am on Sundays on ABC6.
This week his guest is RI Education Commissioner – Dr. Angelica Infante-Green
They school opening in Rhode Island – and in Providence, in particular. Included topics are mask-wearing, COVID-19 protection measures, etc. If children get sick this year their parents won’t be at work, they’ll be home, so this year will be something to navigate.
RI schools had a lot of different mitigation techniques but we also have a new variant. While mask mandates may not happen in RI, the Commissioner says we follow the CDC and we high recommend all teachers, students and staff wear masks.
What else is happening in schools throughout the state, as well as in Providence?
Also – what’s hot in Rhode Island – and what’s not.
Here is “In The Arena” – remotely – for August 22, 2021:
I thoroughly enjoy viewing this segment each week.
