Remember my story? Somehow I got out on the roof and brave firemen cared enough to come and fetch me. Since then I’ve been at this wonderful shelter – lazing around – with lots of hope for my future.

I am a young female and these are the adjectives my keepers use to describe me: Affectionate, Brave, Curious, Friendly, Gentle, Playful. Brave! Yes, I am. I am ready for a fresh start! I am just a baby, I am only 5 to 6 months old. I would love to live with other felines who are playful too. I am the sweetest floof there is!

If you can see me, I am still available! We prefer everything regarding adoption be done via email, this way we can answer any time or day! About the Providence Animal Control Division

The Providence Animal Control Division protects the health and safety of our residents and their pets with progressive leadership and education, and continues to engage the hearts and minds of the community to help all animals.

As of November 2015, the Animal Control Division has adopted a “low risk euthanasia†philosophy of healthy adoptable animals and will continue to improve the live release rate of shelter animals via adoptions, returning strays to their owners, transferring animals to rescues, TNR, programs/services and treating medical cases. We believe that with progressive programs, we can have a more humane City. Through our Gimme Shelter program, PAC is spaying and neutering owned and feral cats for Providence residents.
