Gimme’ Shelter: Aibileen at Providence Animal Control Center
Hi! I am the sweetest, but shy, kitty left behind after an eviction. The upstairs tenant was caring for me but I was too scared to come to her. The landlord then tossed me out into the hallway along with my human’s belongings, and my stuff too, and said to leave the door open and I will leave on my own. That was bad advice, and thankfully I didn’t leave. After waiting awhile the tenant called PAC and with the persuasion of tuna I am now safe! I am still shy because that was a horrible thing to go through and I wasn’t spayed on top of it all. I am now! I am super small and not likely to get any bigger… it was thought I was a kitten but I am actually around 3 years old 🙂 I need someone who will let me come out of my shell – right now I like to come and see you, then retreat back under my bed. I will be fine once I can find a family I can trust!
Interested in Aibileen or other pets at PACC? – If you can see me, I am still available! No phone calls please, everything is done online and we do need an application submitted and approved before scheduling a visit. We differ from other shelters by offering a one on one experience between you, our staff and the animal or animals you’ve chosen to become a new family member! Please email [email protected].
