Business Beat: Lauren Chiarini joins Engel & Völkers as a Real Estate Advisor
Luxury Rhode Island real estate brokerage gains rising star
Engel & Völkers of East Greenwich announced today that Lauren Chiarini has joined its brokerage as a real estate advisor, bringing more than 15 years of finance and project management acumen to this new role.
Lauren joins Engel & Völkers from NextHome Ocean State Realty Group. Prior to a career in real estate, Lauren served as a Control Testing Agent, where she identified gaps within day-to-day operations. After 15 years working at the same company, she left her desk job to pursue her passion for real estate in 2021. Within her first year, Lauren ranked among the top 15 percent of real estate advisors by sales volume in Rhode Island.
Lauren brings her analytical approach and background in assessing properties to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She leaves no stone unturned to get her clients to the
closing table. “I will do whatever it takes for my clients,” says Lauren. “I always reassure them that an opportunity will present itself and by no means do we settle. When putting in an offer for my client’s dream home, I think outside the box to land the winning offer.”
She recently represented a buyer that was eager to purchase their first home. While the buyer was using a financing route that has proven difficult to win offers in this current sellers’ market, Lauren persisted to find her clients their dream home – and it didn’t take long. Within three weeks, her client’s offer had been accepted.
“Lauren is an extremely talented professional. She brings a strong work ethic, drive, and an analytical, yet personable style to everything she does,” says Emilio DiSpirito, co-owner of Engel & Völkers. “Lauren is slated to rank in the top 10 percent of real estate advisors in Rhode Island and this does not happen by mistake. We are elated that Lauren has joined our firm.”
Lauren holds a B.S. in Finance from Rhode Island College and she is a Certified Internal Auditor. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. She is licensed in RI, MA and is in the process of being licensed in FL.
