ART! Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed (and silent auction)

From October 31 – November 25, 2022, the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC) will be presenting Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed, an art show and sale hosted by Sprout CoWorking,166 Valley Street, Building 6M, Providence RI.
Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed celebrates the Woonasquatucket River, and the community of artists who have been an integral part of our work. This exhibit and sale will also raise awareness of and funds for the WRWC’s programs and activities. More than 50 locally and nationally artists have made paintings, collages, sculptures, photographs and more that celebrate vibrant life in the Woonasquatucket River watershed.
“Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed,” an art exhibit and sale, will be held during November 2022 by the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC) in collaboration with Sprout CoWorking.
The Woonasquatucket River watershed is more than a landscape. It is a cultural space full of energy, excitement and biodiversity. The watershed can be imagined as a meeting place for all. Though the watershed expands 50 square miles, we are all connected by the water running through our shared Woonasquatucket River. “Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed” celebrates the Woonasquatucket River, and the community of artists who have been an integral part of our work. This exhibit and sale will also raise awareness of and funds for the WRWC’s programs and activities.
More than 50 locally and nationally artists have made paintings, collages, sculptures, photographs and more that celebrate vibrant life in the Woonasquatucket River watershed.
Celebration & Silent Auction
Vibrant Life in the Woonasquatucket River Watershed artwork will be offered during the evening’s silent auction at Sprout CoWorking, which will run from 6:00pm-7:30 pm. At 7:45 pm, we will announce winners and process payments. Artwork purchased via the silent auction will remain on display at Sprout CoWorking until November 25. You may pick up your purchased artwork at Sprout CoWorking the week of November 28.
If you cannot join us on for the celebration and silent auction on November 10, you may stop by Sprout CoWorking from October 31-November 25, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm to enjoy the show.
You’re Invited…
All art will be for sale from October 31 to November 25. On the evening of November 17, the show will be featured as part of Gallery Night Providence’s monthly art tours. Artists are welcome to bring family and friends to this event at Sprout. Please visit wrwc.org/art-show-2022 for more information.
