Art Therapy meets the Artist: Mitch Kaplan & Emily Natale, LLC – TODAY

Mitch Kaplan was a professional musician for 25 years with much success; he accomplished a great deal, musically. Two years ago Kaplan became ill, and was unable to perform or teach music, but was looking for a creative outlet – and art provided it for him.

On Thursday, June 22nd, Kaplan and Registered Art Therapist, Emily Natale, LLC will talk about the journey of art, perseverance and healing. There will be a Q&A as well as an art display. Light refreshments will be served.

Organized by Denise Brophy, the event will be held from 5:30 to 7pm at the Wanskuck Library at 233 Veazie Street, Providence.
