ART! Aquidneck Island High School Art Show & Anthony Quinn at DeBlois Gallery

The DeBlois Gallery offers this week’s featured art event. The Annual Aquidneck Island High School Art Show and a very special featured exhibit of renowned actor and artist Anthony Quinn’s paintings and sculpture, in collaboration with the Anthony Quinn Foundation, supporting Art in Education.
The 23rd Annual Aquidneck Island High School Art show will run from February 10th through the 20th at the DeBlois Gallery.

Opening Reception: Friday, Feb 10, 4 – 7 pm featuring an FB live at 6 pm with Katherine Quinn
Show Dates: Feb 11 to 20, 1 to 5 pm thru Monday
The Annual Aquidneck Island High School Art Show is in memory of Rosemary Day. An Exhibition of Art Work by students of Aquidneck Island Schools – Rogers, Middletown, Portsmouth, and the Met – and Anthony Quinn’s paintings and sculptures from the AQ Foundation [https://aqfoundation.org/].
We’ll be re-opening in March for our annual DeBlois Open Show, “Figuratively Speaking”. The show will run March 4 to 26.
In announcing their programming, the DeBlois Gallery gratefully acknowledges operational funding provided in part by a grant from the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts, through the Rhode Island Culture, Humanities, and Arts Recovery Grant (RI CHARG) program. This program was made possible thanks to the National Endowment for the Arts, via funds from the federal American Rescue Plan Act.
