A shock to the system – Jen Brien
by Jen Brien
“A Shock to the System” is, coincidentally, one of Ron’s favorite movies, and I would guess it’s exactly how many people are feeling right now due to his sudden passing.
I am not really able to say much this week as I’m processing this and trying to make sense of not being able to say goodbye. I can only say these things from my heart at the moment –
Ron was one of the best friends I’ve ever had. We had such great chemistry on air, and we laughed – A LOT. Ron gave me my first job in radio, taught me everything I know about radio, and he never, ever, gave up on me. Ever. I will have an empty space in my heart for the rest of my life. I’ll miss him dearly.
Next week, I will write more.
Jen

Yes – hearing such sorry and saddened news about Mr. Ron St. Pierre – certainly tops in his communications-broadcasting fields … recognizable icon visual or sound .. carrying a extremely friendly persona .. GOD Bless Ron, his many friends and family .. in this most reflective Lenten time – ‘peace’
Heartbroken for you, my friend and his family. It’s difficult making friends with “our” complicated brains…..so losing a very special one leaves a huge vacuum.
Love you! Stay strong!
Dear Jen:
Sorry for your loss. Be at peace because Mr St Pierre is at peace.
Good morning Jen. So sorry to hear about Mr. St. Pierre passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Ron a couple of times, he helped me with publishing information on youth sports groups. He was so knowledgeable on sports! Pleasure listening to him on the radio
First class individual person. Jen, looking forward to reading your writings in the future. Sincerely Arthur A. Rice
