Emilio DiSpirito’s Private Access Event Series Raises nearly $12,000 for Caroline Caprio Brain Tumor Foundation
More than 200 guests gathered at a soon-to-market North Kingstown waterfront estate for the second installment of the invitation-driven series
Rhode Island real estate advisor Emilio DiSpirito IV has completed the second installment of his Private Access Event Series, an invitation-driven series built around exceptional real estate, meaningful relationships and curated experiences.
Across its first two events, Private Access has now raised nearly $12,000 for the Caroline Caprio Brain Tumor Foundation, while creating opportunities for business connections, community impact and relationship-building around some of Rhode Island’s most distinctive properties.
The latest event, Private Access: The Collector’s Edition, welcomed more than 200 guests to 46 Pojac Point Road in North Kingstown, a comprehensively transformed waterfront estate that will soon be introduced to the market.
Attendees included developers, entrepreneurs, attorneys, business leaders, real estate professionals, automobile collectors and other invited guests from Rhode Island and the surrounding region.
A Distinctive Waterfront Setting
Located within the private coastal enclave of Pojac Point, 46 Pojac Point Road offers approximately 8,500 square feet of combined finished space across the main residence, an auxiliary dwelling unit above the carriage house and the pool house.
Highlights include an attached six-car garage, separate carriage house, swimming pool and pool house, theater, smart-home integration and expansive waterfront entertaining spaces.
The estate served as the backdrop for an evening featuring more than $7 million in exotic and collector automobiles, curated cuisine and custom cocktails, a DJ, magician and live painting by Rhode Island artist Danielle Binner.
Guests moved throughout the residence and waterfront grounds, providing an unconventional first look at a property that DiSpirito, his business partner Joe Fazio, and The DiSpirito Team will soon introduce more broadly to the marketplace.
An Evening With a Greater Purpose
Throughout the evening, Binner created a Providence cityscape that was later auctioned to benefit the Caroline Caprio Brain Tumor Foundation.
The artwork was purchased for $5,500 through the generous contribution of Michael and Carla St. Angelo.
The purchase carried special personal meaning. Michael St. Angelo shared that the painting was acquired in honor of his late father, Michael St. Angelo Sr., who had a deep appreciation for Providence and its restoration.
Additional guests subsequently contributed to the foundation, bringing the amount raised during The Collector’s Edition to approximately $7,000.
Combined with the inaugural Private Access event earlier this year, the series has now generated nearly $12,000 for the foundation.
“Private Access was created to bring remarkable people together in remarkable places, creating relationships, opportunities and experiences that might not otherwise happen,” said DiSpirito. “The Caroline Caprio Brain Tumor Foundation is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart, so seeing our first two events raise nearly $12,000 for the foundation makes what we are building especially meaningful.”
DiSpirito developed Private Access as another way to introduce exceptional properties to the marketplace while creating experiences tailored to the individual property and client.
