Historic Great Road estate in Lincoln sells for $1.277 million

A 16-acre estate at 555 Great Road in Lincoln has sold for $1,277,000, according to Compass.

Located along Lincoln’s historic Great Road, the property directly abuts Chase Farm and sits across from Lincoln Woods, providing access to protected open space and recreational areas.

The estate includes a four-bedroom main residence with one full and two half-bathrooms, as well as a separate guest cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
