Engel & Völkers Oceanside Expanding Its Presence Along Rhode Island’s Coast

Engel & Völkers Oceanside has added Brian Turano as a broker associate and real estate advisor, expanding the firm’s presence in southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut.

Turano was born and raised in Westerly and graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1997. He has more than a decade of real estate experience and is licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut.

He works with first-time homebuyers, investors and homeowners preparing to sell. Turano also maintains a network of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors and other professionals to assist clients throughout the purchase or sale process.

“I wanted to join a brokerage that invests in its advisors so they can better serve their clients,” Turano said. He cited the firm’s marketing, technology, professional support and collaborative environment as factors in his decision.
