Morning: Skies start partly sunny to mostly cloudy as overnight showers and thunderstorms from Saturday clear out. Temperatures begin in the upper 50s to low 60s with northwest winds helping to sweep away much of the humidity and lingering smoke. It feels refreshingly comfortable and noticeably less muggy than recent days.
Afternoon: Conditions improve to mostly sunny with highs reaching the low to mid-80s (around 81–84°F). Humidity drops significantly, winds stay light from the northwest, and any residual haze continues to thin out. It makes for an ideal summer day for outdoor plans, though UV levels stay very high.
Evening: Skies turn mostly clear to clear with temperatures falling into the mid-to-upper 50s by late evening. Light winds and dry air create pleasantly cool conditions overnight—potentially near record lows in some spots. A great night for stargazing or relaxed outdoor time.
Overall, this day earns a strong A-
