Gimme’ Shelter: 2-yr-old Rosé is bright and refreshing! Cheryl Tudino, RISPCA
by Cheryl Tudino, contributing writer, RI SPCA

Cheryl Tudino, RISPCA
Hi there, I’m Cheryl, a volunteer at the RISPCA in Warwick, full-time treat dealer, poop scoop enthusiast, and unpaid publicist for dogs who deserve way more followers on social media. This week I would like to introduce you to Rosé-the dog equivalent of a perfect summer patio drink.
Rosé is a 2‑year‑old pit bull who brings just the right mix of sparkle, sweetness, and enthusiasm to every occasion. Much like her name; she is bright, refreshing, and best enjoyed with friends. She loves people, thrives on attention, and is always ready to raise the woof at any social gathering.
Unlike some wines, Rosé doesn’t improve with age because she is already fabulous. She comes with notes of affection, hints of the zoomies, and a finish that is 100% couch-snuggle approved. She is looking for a home where she can be the star of the tasting menu and soak up all the love she deserves.
Rosé has not had much experience living with dogs, cats or children, so introductions should be handled like a fancy wine pairing- slowly, thoughtfully, and with a little patience. Given the right pairing, she will absolutely blossom.
If your life could use a little more sparkle, a little more sweetness, and a lot more pittie kisses, Rosé is ready to pour herself into your heart and home.
Warning: Side effects of adopting Rosé may include excessive smiling, spontaneous cuddling, and wondering how you ever lived without her. Tasting Notes: Sweet with people, light bodied at 36 lbs., pairs well with belly rubs and couches, and best served in a forever home.
If you think you are the perfect pairing for our sweet girl, apply to adopt Rosé at https://www.rispca.org/adoptable-dogs or email [email protected] with any questions. 🍷
