This Sunday – Rhode Island Women’s Expo Returns May 3 With 97 Local Businesses, 15 Presentations and New Local Showcases

The Rhode Island Women’s Expo returns Sunday, May 3, 2026, to the Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick for its 21st year, bringing together women from across Southern New England for a day of inspiration, education, shopping and connection.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with VIP early entry at 10 a.m. It will feature 97 local businesses, 15 expert-led presentations, culinary demonstrations, wellness programming, an inclusive fashion show, giveaways, raffles, food and drink tastings and interactive experiences.

New this year, the expo will feature the Local401Artists Showcase, highlighting original work from Rhode Island artists, and the Makeover Pavilion presented by Paul Mitchell Schools, offering complimentary mini makeovers.

Barbara Morse, anchor of NBC 10 News at Noon and longtime Health Check reporter, will serve as celebrity emcee.

The event features a diverse lineup of expert speakers, including:

Christina Rondeau on hormones, fitness and nutrition

Erica Wright on professional makeup techniques

Dr. Heléna Kate on caregiving and stress management

Chef Frank Terranova with a cooking demonstration and tasting

Meg O’Rourke on metabolism and gut health

Victoria Fabbo cooking demonstration and tasting on sustainable healthy eating

Dr. Mache Seibel on menopause education

Linzi Rae Matta on supporting survivors of abuse

Dr. Linda Carpenter on new approaches to depression and anxiety

Jacklyne Tasca-Bulman of Miss Petite Pilates on strength and mobility

Lauren Canuel on emotional patterns and weight

Donahue Models & Talent presenting an inclusive fashion show

Debbie Squizzero, Psychic Medium on spiritual healing and connection with some readings

Additional attractions include DJ and live percussionist Timmy Drums, complimentary massage from Massage Envy and much more.

Advance tickets are $12 online or $20 at the door, space permitting. A limited number of VIP tickets, which include early entry, access to VIP Lounge sponsored by Casa Azul Taqueria who will be providing a fresh make your own taco bar and award winning cocktail, and an upgraded swag bag, are available for $40 in advance only. Free parking is available.
