Rhode Island Weather for March 26, 2026
Morning starts mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a few lingering showers or sprinkles before 10 a.m., especially near the coast. Temperatures begin in the upper 30s to low 40s°F, with southwest winds picking up to 8-15 mph and gusts near 25 mph at times, making it feel a bit raw early on.
Afternoon sees improving conditions as clouds gradually break, becoming partly sunny with highs climbing into the low to mid 60s°F. Winds remain breezy from the southwest, but the day feels noticeably milder and more comfortable for outdoor plans once any early moisture tapers off.
Evening transitions back to increasing clouds with rain developing, mainly after midnight into the overnight hours. Lows drop into the mid to upper 40s°F (around 46-48°F), with southwest winds holding steady around 10-12 mph. Precipitation chances ramp up significantly later at night.
It’s a “B-” day!
