Rhode Island Weather for March 20, 2026
Morning starts chilly but improving, with temperatures in the low to mid 30s°F shortly after sunrise, rising steadily under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Winds are light to moderate from the south or southwest, around 5-15 mph, bringing a milder feel compared to the previous day—no significant precipitation is expected early on.
Afternoon brings the best part of the day, with highs climbing into the upper 40s to low 50s°F (around 50-53°F in many spots). Skies remain mostly clear to partly cloudy, with breezy conditions at times (winds 10-15 mph or higher in gusts from the south), making it feel comfortable for outdoor activities with plenty of sunshine and low chances of any rain.
Evening cools gradually back into the upper 30s to low 40s°F as the sun sets, under clearing or mostly clear skies initially, though some cloud increase could occur overnight. Winds ease a bit, and it stays dry overall.
It’s an “A-” Day!
