Martha Stewart’s “The Bedford” opens at Foxwoods
On Friday, March 14, 2026, Foxwoods Resort Casino opened The Bedford by Martha Stewart to the public. It’s the lifestyle icon’s second restaurant and her first on the East Coast. Her first is Paris Las Vegas, opened in 2022.
Located within the resort’s Grand Pequot Tower, the highly anticipated dining destination welcomed guests into a warm, residential-inspired setting modeled after Martha Stewart’s historic 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York. The restaurant is designed to reflect Stewart’s signature style and passion for entertaining – and replicate in many ways her home. The menu is said to be composed of her most beloved dishes and seasonal favorites.
Providence based ZDS designed the new restaurant – they are known for their design of Bellini in Providence (and The Beatrice Hotel), Celeste in Narragansett and the Norwich Inn and Day Spa in Norwich, Connecticut, as well as many other local and regional projects. They are also involved in the Knightsville project in Cranston to bring condos to the area, including zoning change counsel.
There was a ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by Martha Stewart, Foxwoods President and CEO Jason Guyot, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Tribal Council and the Marquee Brands executive team, celebrating the official debut of the restaurant. Then the celebration continued that evening with a grand opening celebration attended by 50 Cent, Christie Brinkley, Craig Melvin & Lindsay Czarniak, Sunny Hostin, Johnny Weir, Chef Kwame Onwuachi, Ross Matthews, and Candace Bushnell.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed interactive culinary stations including a pierogi-making demonstration, an abundant bread display, and a chilled seafood presentation featuring an ice carving centerpiece. Guests also enjoyed a caviar cart alongside a buffet of small plates including Caesar Salad, Pasta Limone, and Chicken Parmesan. A curated selection of passed hors d’oeuvres and drinks based on Stewart’s signature recipes included Martha’s Short Rib Blend Burger sliders, Big Martha’s Pierogies, mini Crab Cakes, and miniature servings of Martha’s Giant Turkey Meatball.
The evening concluded on a sweet note with a decadent dessert selection featuring Upside Down Lemon Meringue Pie, Classic Crème Brûlée, Mile High Chocolate Cake, and Chocolate Pistachio Tart, giving guests a final taste of the restaurant’s elevated yet comforting menu.
As casually elegant the new restaurant is, the price point leaves one hoping for big wins at the casino! But, it’s Martha. And it’s an experience.
Guests can expect menu items such as the famed bread basket, Big Martha’s Pierogies, and Honey Mustard Salmon, alongside new dishes created exclusively for the Foxwoods location such as Martha’s Giant Turkey Meatball, Pasta Limone, and Crispy Chicken Milanese. The restaurant will also feature a robust breakfast offering, including highlights like Breakfast Biscuits, Grand Marnier French Toast, Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes, Donn’s Waffles with Pequot Maple Syrup, and Martha’s Fresh Pressed Green Juice. Signature cocktails – including the Martha-tini and frozen pomegranate Martha-rita – are crafted with freshly squeezed juices and premium spirits, reflecting Martha’s commitment to quality ingredients. The culinary program will emphasize locally sourced ingredients, celebrating Stewart’s dedication to quality and sustainability while delivering a memorable dining experience for guests.
“Bringing The Bedford concept to my own ‘backyard’ is so gratifying,” said Stewart. “We are so proud of the menu, which depicts many of the foods I love to serve at my own home, and the architecture and design of the space, which is a beautiful interpretation of my farm in Bedford, New York.” Stewart’s farmhouse home is in Westchester, New York.
“The Bedford is an exciting new addition to Foxwoods, and we’re proud to bring Martha’s vision to life here. From the design to the menu, every detail has been crafted with intention,” said Jason Guyot, President & CEO of Foxwoods Resort Casino. “We’re thrilled to open our doors and introduce a new dining destination that redefines elevated culinary experiences in the region.”

The Bedford by Martha Stewart joins Foxwoods Resort Casino’s impressive roster of celebrity chef partnerships, alongside restaurants from renowned culinary personalities Gordon Ramsay, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, Guy Fieri, and David Burke, further solidifying the resort’s position as a premier culinary destination.
This collaboration reflects Martha Stewart, Marquee Brands and Foxwoods Resort Casino’s shared vision of delivering world-class hospitality and exceptional dining experiences.

More at The Bedford at Foxwoods
I thought I had left my comment this morning, but I don’t see it.
It went something like this: “I was contemplating having dinner at ‘The Bedford at Foxwoods’, however my budget does not have room for a smashed baked potato at $17. If I chose to add caviar, it would be another $80. Somehow $97 for one baked potato seems a bit extreme and ridiculous!!
Agree??
