Morning: Starts cold with lows around 30-32°F, cloudy skies, and a raw feel from light to moderate winds (often west or northwest around 10-15 mph), though precipitation chances remain low with no significant rain or snow expected early on.
Afternoon: Gradual warming to highs in the mid-40s°F (around 44-48°F across much of the state, including Providence area), still predominantly cloudy with breezy conditions persisting, but staying mostly dry and with only minimal chance of isolated light showers or flurries in spots.
Evening: Cools back down toward the upper 20s to low 30s°F under continued cloud cover, with winds easing slightly but the air feeling crisp and damp.
