Hi there, I’m Cheryl, a volunteer at the RISPCA in Warwick-dog walker, treat dispenser, and part-time hype woman for our adoptable pups.

Meet Will…

No, not the playwright. Not the Fresh Prince. Just Will. But make no mistake-this boy is a tragedy… because it would be tragic if you didn’t adopt him.

To adopt, or not to adopt? That ’tis the question.

Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the silence of a dogless home… Or to take arms against loneliness by welcoming one very handsome ham into thy life?

This “Ham”- let is a ham in the truest sense of the word. Dramatic? Occasionally. Affectionate? Endlessly. Loyal? As constant as the northern star and taxes.

Will’s favorite place in all the kingdom is directly beside his people. Ideally touching them. Possibly sitting on them. He thrives on connection and will lovingly gaze upon you as though you are the original creator of all treats.

He would do well in a castle with children-loyal to his court and gentle with his subjects. However, my good people, he prefers to be the only royal pet in the kingdom. No other dogs or cats; this throne is a one-ham operation.

His potty manners? Impeccable. His devotion? Unwavering. His eagerness to please? Theatrical.

When not composing sonnets about your beauty and wit, Will does enjoy a game of fetch-charging after the ball with valor. After such heroic feats, he is content to retire to a plush couch.

He is part knight, part jester, and part professional cuddler.

So, if thou seekest a devoted best friend, a snuggler of epic proportions, and a ham whose love knows no boundaries…
