Spain is listed as one of the countries assisting the US during this conflict.
But the article reads that Spain has refused the US the use of their airbases during this war, and for that reason, we are ceasing trade with Spain. Unless, of course, there’s been a change of mind?

Yes, you are right – they were not participating – but the map clearly shows them as doing so – we’re already checking on that – might be like Britain.

So – Spain said no, no defense launching from our soil. The US put an embargo on any trade with Spain because all countries are expected to support the effort in whatever way they can that are part of NATO. Now, the White House announced on March 5th that Spain is back on board. Apparently when they made that statement, they referenced “like England won’t let you use their bases” – then England and Italy and France jumped in – and the White House said that Spain had changed its position. The president of Spain has recently said that he didn’t want to publicly contradict the president, but that no, their position hasn’t changed. (Give it a day or two – we may see it change)….
