Rhode Island Weather for March 2, 2026
Morning: Cold start with lows around 16–25°F (likely in the low 20s or upper teens in many spots). Partly cloudy to mostly clear, with light winds from the north/northwest at 5–10 mph. Any residual snow from prior days could make surfaces icy early on. Feels like temperatures in the single digits to teens due to wind chill.

Dry conditions overall—no significant precipitation expected. Still quite chilly for early March (normal highs are closer to 40–45°F).
Evening: Cooling quickly after sunset, dropping back toward lows in the upper teens to low 20s. Clear to mostly clear, with winds easing slightly. Very cold night ahead.
Overall day letter grade: C-
