Morning: The morning begins partly to mostly cloudy with temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s and a light northwest breeze; isolated icy patches may linger on untreated roads and sidewalks.
Afternoon: During the afternoon, clouds mix with occasional sunshine as highs reach the mid to upper 30s, allowing slow melting where the sun breaks through.
Evening: By evening, skies turn partly cloudy and temperatures fall back into the 20s, dropping into the teens inland overnight, which may lead to refreezing and areas of black ice.
It’s a chilly but manageable day with improving conditions and limited hazards.
Overall, it’s a C+ day
