Any leftover light snow or flurries possible early but tapering off. Hazardous cold conditions persist until early afternoon.
Afternoon: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy, highs reaching only around 19-28°F (sources vary, but leaning toward low-mid 20s with wind chill making it feel much colder, possibly single digits to teens). Winds 10-15 mph. Dry overall after morning.
