Rhode Island Weather for January 2, 2025 – a “B-” Day
Morning
Cold and partly cloudy. Start the day with chilly temperatures in the mid-teens to around 17–18°F and mostly dry skies. Light cloud cover will linger, but no significant precipitation is expected early.
Afternoon
Seasonably cold with broken clouds. Highs will stay in the upper 20s to around 29–30°F with partly cloudy skies — typical January chill but dry overall.
Evening
Cold and calm. Skies remain partly cloudy as temperatures drop into the upper teens to around 20°F overnight. Still mainly dry with light winds.
Cold, dry, and mostly quiet — a solid winter day with nothing extreme on the horizon. Some warm up in a week or so – maybe!
By the way, notice it a little bit lighter, longer? That’s 22 minutes of extra sunlight – we’ll take it!
It’s a “B-” Day!
